Founder Story - Kathy Johnson
After more than two decades working in television, I was used to telling other people’s stories. Mink + Merlot started because I wanted to create something that felt entirely my own.
I’ve always loved fashion, especially that feeling when you find something beautiful, well-made and a little unexpected. What I didn’t love was how often great quality came with a price tag to match.
I started Mink + Merlot with a simple idea: good style and good quality shouldn’t have to cost a fortune.
Mink + Merlot is still growing, and so am I. After years of building stories, shows and ideas for other people, this is the one I get to build for myself.
Services
Consignment
We accept summer and winter clothing for consignment year-round. To streamline the process, we begin by reviewing photos of your items (please email images to minkandmerlot@gmail.com). Once selected, items can be dropped off at a scheduled time. All consignors receive 40% of the selling price.
Personal Shopping (Thrifted Clothing Only)
Our personal shopping service is designed for those seeking thoughtfully sourced, thrifted pieces tailored to their individual style. Whether you’re refreshing your wardrobe, or searching for something specific, we curate pre-loved clothing with intention, making secondhand shopping effortless and refined.
